Nettie Thomas Boothe left this world for her eternal home in Heaven on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She was 88 years old. She was a Botetourt resident all her life. She was a member of Daleville Baptist Church for over 40+ years. She retired from Botetourt County, where she worked at LBHS for 25 years in the cafeteria. She was a very loving and caring person and loved to cook for family and friends. She was also an Elvis Presley fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Walter Boothe; her son, Barry Clark; and step-grandson, Brian Martin. She is survived by her sister, Sarah Kadec; son, Curtis Clark (Bonnie Clark); daughter-in-law, Holly Clark; son, Darald Boothe (Donna Boothe); step-daughter, Sherry Martin (Kenny Martin); grandsons, Brody Clark, Davis Clark, Nathan Clark, Brandon Boothe; step-grandsons, Dustin Martin, and Chris Martin.

The visitation (11 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and memorial service (12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.) will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Daleville Baptist Church, Daleville, Vwith Pastor Wes Belcher officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the Daleville Baptist Church, 375 Orchard Drive, Daleville, 24083. Arrangements by Oakey’s East Chapel and Crematory, 540-977-3909.
