- Devan J. Sowers, 18, of Troutville, eluding, reckless driving, driving revoked, possession of Schedule drugs, purchasing or possessing alcoholic beverages under 21, July 27
- Kevin L. Carter, 27, of Eagle Rock, manufacture, sell or distributing Schedule drugs, possession of a firearm by felon, possession of firearm while in possession of Schedule I or II substances, July 29
- Elberto Nunez-Castillo, 36, of Orlando, trespassing, July 29
- Robert B. Suojanen, 36, of Salem, driving under the influence, possession of Schedule drugs, driving after forfeiture of license, July 30
- Charall A. Jamison, 44, of Roanoke, drunk in public, July 30
- Lorenzo C. Jordan, 37, of Roanoke, drunk in public, July 30
- Thomas L. Grobmyer, 42, of Roanoke, trespassing, Aug. 2
- Tresica L. Colvin, 41, of Blue Ridge, driving under the influence, reckless driving, Aug. 2
