- Seth R. Sicina, 29, of Swannanoa, N.C., strangulation/suffocation, grand larceny, May 11
- Kris A. Kuhn, 48, of Glen Allen, Va., preventing the operation of a vehicle, May 12
- Mary K. Thornton, 35, of Roanoke, vandalism, May 13
- Joshua P. Greenway, 41, of Fincastle, reckless handling of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, May 13
- Shelby L. Montgomery, 41, of Clifton Forge, manufacture or sell Schedule drugs, May 14
- Michael W. Parr, 39, of Fincastle, aggressive driving, driving under the influence, May 16
