The Botetourt County Fair Association will be hosting the 2024 Botetourt County Fair on August 2 and 3 at the Buchanan Town Park on Lowe Street in Buchanan.

This annual County Fair is a free admission event that provides an opportunity for the community at large to learn more about the rich agriculture heritage of the region from local working farms, 4-H and FFA programs. The fair includes opportunities to sample local fare, including Botetourt-grown products.

The Botetourt County Fair returned in 2013 after a nearly 50-year absence. It has been held every year since 2013 (excluding 2020, due to COVID-19), and has been quite popular with citizens of Botetourt County and visitors alike.

For more information on the fair, visit botetourtcountyfair.com or find the fair on Facebook at “Botetourt County Fair.”
