The Daleville Fincastle Lions held their seventh annual Bland Music Contest on Saturday, March 14 at The Glebe in Daleville. Contestants were competing in either the Vocal or Instrumental categories.

This year eight contestants competed for an opportunity to advance to the semi-district contest that will be held in Vinton on Sunday, April 12. Advancing to the semi-district contest are vocalist Emery Maxson and instrumentalist Blake Steggell.

Winners at the semi-district contest will advance to the Lions State Contest in Bristol on Friday, May 29.
