Andrew Charles (A.C.), 65, of Goodview, went to be with his heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
He was born October 23, 1954, a son of the late Benjamin D. and Francis M. Nelson. A.C. loved all things outdoors including gardening and beekeeping and was a jack of all trades. He was self taught in a lot of different fields and would be able to help someone in at least some way with a problem, no matter if it was big or small.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James and Jenna Nelson; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger Nelson, Larry and Tina Nelson, Terry and Jackie Nelson, and Mckinley Nelson; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Gerry and Carl Taylor, Ada and David Taylor, Ruby and Wayne Keith, Julie Russell, Jackie and Lynn Blankenship. He also is survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Final arrangements are being handled by Burch-Messier Funeral Home of Bedford. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
