Ollie Victoria “Vickie” Parker, 82, of Troutville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
She was born in Tazewell County, Va., on May 30, 1943, to the late Robert Wesley Fields and Josie Maybelle Wright. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Dewey Fields and wife, Ruth, and Isaac Lee Fields; son, Troy Lee Morris; husbands, Jerry Ott Morris and Raymond E. Parker; and companion, Ronnie Baucom.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Tammy Mae Durham and her husband, Steve; grandchildren, Dustin Fisher, Stormy Deaver and husband, Travis, Kamrhen Thompson, and Eithen Morris; great-grandchildren, Luke, August, and Ellie; brother, James Fields and wife, Nancy; sisters, Josephine Nowlin and husband, William, Attie Dollman and husband, Bill, Pansy Newcomb and husband, Mike; sister-in-law, Muril Lean Fields; 20-year-old fur baby, Peanut; and numerous other loved ones and friends.
