NOTE: Vote By Mail ballot is the same ballot
used for Early Voting and at polling locations on
Election Day. If you receive a Vote By Mail ballot
and wish to vote in-person during Early Voting or
on Election Day, you must bring the Vote By Mail
package to surrender.

April 21, 2026, from 6:00 am – 7:00 pm

Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to
allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt
new congressional districts to restore fairness in
the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s
standard redistricting process resumes for all fu
ture redistricting after the 2030 census?
