Registration open for fall youth sports

Botetourt Parks & Recreation is offering youth sports again in the fall 2021 season. Registration recently opened registration for soccer, tackle and flag football, and cheerleading. Tackle football registration will close on July 1 due to the equipment needs of tackle football. Flag football, soccer and cheerleading registration closes on July 16.

Sports and fees are:

  • Tackle Football, $100, ages 7-12, registration closes July 1. Late registration, $150, closes July 23
  • Flag Football, $65, ages 6-13, registration closes July 16. Late registration, $85, closes July 23
  • Soccer, $65, ages 4-18, registration closes July 16. Late registration, $85, closes July 23
  • Cheerleading, $65, ages 6-12, registration closes July 16. Late registration, $85, closes July 23

Late registrations are not guaranteed placement on a team.

Practices begin August 1, games begin late August.

Payment are accepted by cash, check or credit card. To make a credit card payment, call 928-2130. Make checks payable to Botetourt County Parks & Recreation and mail to P.O. Box 587, Fincastle. Note participant’s name on mailed payments.
