The All-Three Rivers District girls soccer team has been released and James River is well represented. The Knights had eight girls named to either the first or second teams, and seven are underclassmen.
Two River girls made the first team, sophomore Konner Meyers at forward and junior Annabelle Peay at defender. Six more Knights made the second team, and only one is a senior, midfielder Natalie Hughes. Juniors are forward Drew Whitson and defender Lydia Dunbar. Three sophomores also made the second team, midfielders Ava Thacker and Ella Monaghan and goalie Kylee Aaron.
