The local Roanoke Valley Aquatic Association pools concluded their Monday night meets this week and are getting ready for the City-County Meet at the Liberty University Natatorium the weekend of July 24 and 25. Last week Read Mountain hosted a meet with Our Lady of Nazareth and the LancerLot. Here, boys take the horn for the 200 medley, Eleanor Weddle swims freestyle, and Sidney Strickler of the Muskies does the breaststroke. The Limestone Park team was at Stonegate for a meet last week. The girls are on the block, Wyatt Spangler does the backstroke, and Piper Clarke swims the butterfly.
