The Troutville Sunshine Girls held their annual Veterans Day Celebration at Troutville Town Hall last Friday in honor of Veterans Day. Local veterans, family, and friends celebrated local men and women who have defended the freedoms of the United States of America in service to their country.

Sunshine Girl Lee Henry welcomed everyone to the celebration and honored several individuals with fellow Sunshine Girls awarding them with medals in appreciation of their service. Botetourt County Sheriff Matt Ward spoke during the event and thanked everyone for attending.
